Coinciding with the largely figurative-based exhibitions "Herb Mears: Memoirs of a Midcentury Master" and "Jon Flaming: Modern Cowboy," Foltz Fine Art presents "Inspired Visions: The Art of Karl E. Hall," its first solo exhibition for the Houston artist. Hall is best known as a painter and printmaker, active since the 1970s, and the exhibition includes painterly portraits and compositions relating to Hall’s brand of “Gospel Surrealism.”
Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display until March 21.
