The Flat has been completely reinvigorated, with particular attention paid to overhauling the original mid-century modern aesthetic with which its become synonymous. The extent of the Flat's rejuvenation process can be seen in the resurgence of its programming and its cocktail and food menus. DJ Sun serves as managing partner and leads the Flat in tandem with business partner Phil Marshall of Squad Car Media.
Headlining the celebration is internationally renowned DJ, producer and musical curator King Britt. Starting the night is Tsun Set, presented by Folklore Films, a documentary short based on DJ Sun's musical influence on Houston.
