Cafe Byblos is throwing a Mediterranean New Year's Eve with a Flamenco performance by Cuadro La Tempestad at 9:30 p.m. and a Belly Dance performance by Soraya at 11 p.m. The evening also includes a huge 3-course dinner, party favors and a champagne toast. (Plus, we love the space heaters on the patio for sneaking outside for some hookah).
