"First Tuesdays at Methodists" features pianist David Syme in a free performance in the hospital's Crain Garden. Highlights will include Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue, Debussy's Clair De Lune and ambitions selections by Liszt and Chopin.

At 4:30 p.m., Syme will lead a masterclass, co-presented by the University of Houston Moores School of Music, giving guests the opportunity to experience music teaching and coaching in action.
