The Houston Brass Band, a 30 plus piece British-style brass ensemble founded in 2000, is recognized as a leader in the genre and will be performing a varied program of music including marches, film scores and classics. The ensemble is dedicated to promoting excellent brass band music through its regular concerts. Current members include talented amateurs and professionals who come from throughout the Greater Houston area, including Methodist’s own Dr. Douglas Koch playing Bb Cornet. 

First Tuesdays at Methodist is a performing arts series hosted by the Center for Performing Arts Medicine, presenting Houston ensembles in the Crain Garden.
