Every first Saturday of each month, The Heights shopping district on the parking lot of Wind Water Gallery turns into an eclectic street fair, each with something new to offer. During summer months, the market is open from 6 to 10 p.m. In the fall and winter, the market is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
