The City of Tomball is bringing the golden era of drive-in sci-fi movie fun back to the downtown Depot Plaza with its Friday Night Creature Features.

Screening on June 20 is the campy giant-mutant-ants-resulting-from-atom-bomb-testing-in-the-New Mexico-desert classic, Them! On July 18, the Vincent Price creepy crawler gotcha thriller The Tingler will screen on the giant inflatable screen. The summer film series ends on Aug. 15 when The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra makes its sci-fi parody premier in Tomball for an evening of tongue-in-cheek fun. 

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and a picnic, or grab something from the concession stands at Snookie's Fish Camp and Grill, Nonnie's Soda Fountain and the Empty Glass. The movies will start at dusk.
