The Fifth Annual Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival is celebrating "Harvey Heroes" during this year's celebration. The theme for this event is "Houston Strong and Nickle Proud." Not only will women and men who went to great lengths to help Hurricane Harvey victims be honored, but they will celebrate the history of one of Houston's oldest neighborhoods.
There will be four stages of live music, a kid’s zone, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament, and the ultimate helicopter egg drop with 50,000 goodie-stuffed eggs for the kids.
