The Houston Police Department, in cooperation with the Houston Police Foundation and presenting sponsor Haynes and Boone, hosts the fifth annual Moonlight Classic Bike Ride. This recreational bike ride is for cyclists of all ages and offers a traffic-free course along Memorial Drive.

All riders and participants are encouraged to light up the night with neon lights. Prizes will be given for Best Lighted Bicycle (adult and child categories) and Best Decorated Rider (adult and child categories). Judging will take place at 9:45 pm.

Participants will have the opportunity to visit the HPD specialized units and interactive displays, including SWAT, K-9, Mounted Patrol and Bomb Squad. All registered participants will receive a free T-shirt, glow necklace and bracelet and a voucher to enjoy the rides at the Downtown Aquarium.
