The Fifth Annual Doggy Party on the Plaza returns to CityCentre. Sponsored by Houston PetTalk Magazine, the event will showcase more than 75 of Houston's leading pet providers, including retail shops, resorts, health facilities, food manufacturers, trainers and more. Doggy Party on the Plaza promises to be a family fun-filled day of vendors, music, activities, face painting, contests, prizes, food, doggy treats, giveaways and more.

Mayor Annise Parker will serve as the Grand Marshal of this year's "Rescue Me!" parade. KHOU Ch. 11's Deborah Duncan and David Paul will emcee.
