Family Fit Day will focus on health, wellness, fitness, safety and nutrition for all ages. It is an opportunity for families to visit Evelyn's Park and participate in fitness classes, expert presentations and cooking demonstrations. All money raised will benefit the park, specifically directed to adding trees, shrubs and flora.

Food will be available for purchase. Participating booths and sponsors have donated giveaways and several prizes. The first 800 families will receive a complimentary reusable bag filled with goodies. Throughout the day, 20 minute fitness classes will be provided by West U Fitness, Row, Bellaire Parks and Recreation, Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center, Yoga One and Define Body & Mind and more.

Texas Children's Hospital will teach children about health with games and activities. AmeriBrain will provide walk-through tours through an interactive inflatable brain exhibit and M.D. Anderson Cancer Center will educate families about skin cancer awareness and prevention. Methodist Primary Care Group will provide an area to check blood pressure and promote overall wellness. St. Luke's Community Emergency Centers will provide great tips for keeping track of medical history and Houston Orthopedic & Spine Hospital will be offering advice on orthopedic wellness and injury prevention.

Snap Kitchen, H-E-B, Whole Foods Market, West U Fitness, Define Body, Naturally Nourished, Ripe and Green Peas & Blueberries will be there to promote healthy eating and nutrition. Food trucks will join the fun, including Detox Juice, Yeti Sunshine Snowballs, Whole Foods, Bare Bowls and more. Other booths include wellness opportunities with Deer Lake Lodge and Spa, safe driving and corporate wellness with JETCO Delivery, bike safety with Bike Barn, water stations provided by Acme Party & Tent, chair massages from Massage Heights and aromatherapy products from Sanctuary Spa.
