The Ensemble Theatre’s Act One Young Professionals celebrate National Poetry Month with their 7th Annual Poetry Event entitled: Drama-try[Tree]: A Dramatic Night of Poetry. Dramatry is a night of drama infused performance poetry featuring local Houston spoken word artists, a DJ, vendor tables, and cocktails.\
A portion of the proceeds benefit a scholarship for a youth age 6-17 to participate in the theatre's Young Performers performing arts education program. Featured poets are Raie Crawford, Sunny CeLight, Kodak, and Self the Poet. Joe P will be the emcee of this event.
