The Energy Corridor of Houston Orchestra presents Spring Serenade concert

The Energy Corridor of Houston Orchestra will present its Spring Serenade concert. With the theme “A Tribute to Students and Educators,” the featured performer will be Young Artist Concert Competition winner, Chanmin (Joel) Park, who will play Édouard Lalo’s Cello Concerto in D Minor, accompanied by ECHOrchestra. Also featured is local composer Kevin Ray, performing his World Premiere piece Retrospect. Kevin's orchestras have been featured at Disney Parks, director's competitions, and more.

Thirteen year old award winning cellist Chanmin (Joel) Park will be the featured soloist with ECHOrchestra in the the first movement of Lalo’s Cello Concerto. Joel is a student of Charles Seo, cellist in the Houston Symphony Orchestra, and has won numerous concerto competitions, including the Houston Civic Symphony's. The music Joel is performing is a professional level work which can be heard at the highest level performed by world-renowned musicians and orchestras.
