John Valadez has been working in Mexico for his upcoming film, American Exile, which explores the topic of deported Latino veterans. Valadez comes from a family of migrant field workers from El Paso and has produced and directed award-winning, nationally broadcast documentaries for the past 16 years. He will screen his new film, Prejudice and Pride, a documentary about the Chicano movement. Valadez will take questions and discuss the film.
