Houston’s top culinary talent will prepare truffle-infused dishes in a heated competition featuring guest judges. Confirmed celebrity chefs include Robert Del Grande from Café Annie; David Denis from Le Mistral; Tommy Elbashary from B&B Butchers and Restaurant; Enrico Glaudo from Ristorante Cavour; Manabu Horiuchi from Kata Robata; Hassan Obaye from La Table; Omar Pereney from Peska; Luis Roger from BCN Taste & Tradition; David Skinner from Eculent; and Danny Trace from Brennan’s of Houston.

First place winner will receive a coveted prize of 1kg of fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; first runner up will receive 500gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy; and second runner up will receive 250gr of Fresh Black Truffles and a trophy.
