Jazz Salon: New York will explore music made famous by some of New York’s legendary jazz musicians, including Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, George Gershwin, Billy Strayhorn, Vernon Duke and  others. Musical styles throughout the concert will range from traditional New Orleans music to modern jazz. In the tradition of the series, Jazz Salon: New York will incorporate an artist-audience discussion on the history of New York.
