Dionysus Theatre presents Wait Until Dark

eventdetail
Dionysus Theatre

Dionysus Theatre opens its 13th season with a production of Frederick Knott's 1966 thriller. It's a suspenseful story of a blind woman who matches wits with a con man and two ex-convicts who are seeking a mysterious doll containing several grams of heroin believed to be in the woman's Greenwich Village apartment. Actress Marquia Banks, who is blind, plays the title role. Dionysus Theatre was created in 1997 by Deborah Nowinski, in memory of her son, Dustin, to provide an opportunity for actors, regardless of disability or disadvantage, to share a comprehensive theater experience.
