An iconic American designer, Nicole Miller is known for her elegant and glamorous designs that have a hint of rebellion. Trained in classic couture techniques, she uses her mastery of fit, fabric, color and print to create dramatic and creative special-occasion dresses. The designer will be at Tootsies on Aug. 14; the trunk show continues through Aug. 17.
