Central Market celebrates 10 years of bringing innovative food and fun to Houston with an tented outdoor event, featuring sumptuous food from 10 of Houston's finest chefs, Texas wines and live entertainment.

Each chef will create a specialty dish using only locally sourced Texas products. Additionally, local celebrity judges and a panel of customers will vote for their favorite dish and crown a Central Market 10th Anniversary winner at the end of the evening.

All proceeds benefit Foodways Texas, an organization founded by scholars, chefs, journalists, restaurateurs, farmers, ranchers and other Texans who've made it their mission to preserve, promote and celebrate the diverse food cultures of Texas.
