In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, area-residents are invited to show their true (pink) colors and join Define Body and Mind Montrose on Oct. 11 from 6-7 p.m. to support Susan G. Komen during a one-hour outdoor revolution workshop and party. Sponsored by Baylor College of Medicine Lester and Sue Smith Breast Cancer, the Define Pink Ride will give attendees the opportunity to enjoy the crisp fall air as they celebrate giving back and feeling great, all while wearing pink.

The workout will feature choreographed movements to high-energy music spun by a DJ on a stationary bike for a full body workout. Cool down from the intense workout with a post-ride party of food, drink, raffles, music and more.

Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase the pink Define Foods Revive Juice, with a percentage benefiting the Susan G. Komen Fund.
