To celebrate the event's 35th year, "Four + Four" features eight dance companies that have performed on the Kaplan Stage in years past and honors two outstanding community leaders in dance, Joan Karff and Shelly Power, for their contributions to Dance Month at the Kaplan Theatre in its formative years.

As a pre-show (6:45 p.m. on Jan. 24 and 6:15 p.m. on Jan. 25), audience members can experience the visual feat of Motion Captured, Dance on Film, which features site specific, innovative choreography that combines dance and technology curated by Ashley Horn.
