Da Camera presents "A Little Day Music" with trombonist Thomas Hultèn and his quartet

Da Camera of Houston' free lunchtime performance series, "A Little Day Music," continues with a chamber music concert in the lobby of Wortham Theater Center. "A Little Day Music" is presented on the first Wednesday of every month from October through May and is the perfect opportunity to pack up your lunch and head over to the Wortham for a culturally-rich lunch hour.

Thomas Hultèn is principal trombone with the Houston Grand Opera and the Houston Ballet, and an affiliate artist at Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. His first studio album under his own name, Slide Side, was released in 2009. Since moving to Houston from Sweden in 1997 he has performed with Ray Charles, Tony Bennett, Dave Brubeck, Natalie Cole, Barry Manilow, Patti Austin, Johnny Mathis, Michael Bolton, Marvin Hamlisch, Joel Grey, the Moody Blues, the Temptations, the Four Tops and the O'Jays. He performs regularly with the Houston Symphony and Theatre under the Stars.
