Kickstart a new orchestra and ring in the Chinese New Year with an ever-popular classic like Beethoven's Symphony No. 5. Add to that Sprout, a pensive string piece from one of today's most prolific and dynamic female composers, Chen Yi. To round out the program, the Cypress Philharmonic will present Dello Joio's orchestral dance Choreography and the overture from Mozart's The Magic Flute.
