Hotel Derek's executive chef Cunninghame West will lead a culinary demonstration and tasting for those planning to host a party for the big game — or for any gathering that puts your kitchen to the test.

Attendees will work alongside West to prepare Barbecue Portobello Quesadillas, Parmesan Pita Nibbles, Chili-Lime Cashews and Sweet Chipotle Nuts, Potato Skins with Bacon, Blue Cheese and Tomato, Nachos with Pork and Pinto Beans, Meatball Parmesan Sliders and Buffalo Chicken Sliders – each paired with a chilled beer.
