Cuchara hosts four-course dinner that features Wahaka Mezcal pairings. Limited space and reservations required. 

Botana Oaxaqueña
Guacamole, quesillo, spiced tasajo and Oaxacan chorizo, Tlayudas with pork lard.
Pairing: Jicama-serrano limeade with joven espadín.

First course
Jicama tacos stuffed with chapulines, black beans and quesillo, mounted on raw green salsa.
Pairing: Mezcal Ensamble shot.

Main course
Oven baked red snapper wrapped in hoja santa, white corn puree and crunchy sweet potato fritters, slice of peppered pan de yema.
Pairing: 100 percent Tobalá mezcal shot.
