Cuchara Restaurant presents Chiles en Nogada meet Champagne

Cuchara Restaurant and Camerata at Paulie's are collaborating for a Champagne and Chiles wine dinner, featuring the Mexican classic Chiles en Nogada. Chiles en Nogada are served during the month of September to celebrate Mexican Independence. They are poblano chiles are stuffed with pork and fruit and topped with a luxurious walnut cream sauce.

To enhance this regional delicacy, Camerata Wine Director and General Manager, Chris Poldoian, will be pairing the chiles with a flight of grower champagne. Reservations and deposits are required at attend the event.
