Robert Del Grande hosts an intimate evening that unravels kitchen-tested secrets. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy both a lesson in steak theory and a three-course meal, all prepared by one of city's finest.
Guests will arrive at 6 p.m. for a pre-class reception with signature cocktails, wine and hors d'oeuvres. A 90-minute lesson led by Del Grande follows in which he will share tips from choosing the perfect cut of meat to understanding the physics of heat on the grill.
After class, guests have the option to stay for a three-course steakhouse dinner, which begins at 8 p.m.
