Francis Mallmann is a TV host of the El Gourmet channel (the South American equivalent of the Food Network) and an award-winning cookbook author. He owns three restaurants which have been named among the top places to eat in the world by USA Today and The Times of London.

With all his experience, Mallman has taken a particular interest in cooking with fire which he demonstrates in this event. Samples will be paired with Argentine wines and the evening will conclude with a Tango presentation.
