Chris Nemoto honed his skills after extensive training with a master sushi chef. He'll share insight into his techniques and display his genius at working creatively with ingredients as he teaches you to make: Shrimp tempura roll with avocado, cucumber and Japanese mayo; Nigiri (traditional sushi with a sashimi grade fish and a ball of sushi rice); Chiba roll (lump crab, cucumber rolled and topped with Zuke-style tuna and taberu rau, Japanese sesame chili paste); and snapper ceviche with citrus flavors and garnishes.
