RA Sushi hosts a "Sushi and Sake 101" class, a lesson in sushi rolling and sake pairings — or skip the sake pairing and just go for a lesson in sushi rolling. Throughout the interactive class, participants will learn about the history of sushi and the different types of sake plus test their skills in the art of sushi rolling.

Guests will enjoy an assortment of appetizers and fresh sushi. Class includes sushi rolling lessons, a non-alcoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki rolls, two pieces of nigiri and a sushi rolling mat plus a voucher good for a complimentary lunch on a return visit.
