This tasty cooking class is hosted by local award-winning cookbook author Shubhra Ramineni, who will be helping you prepare simple, easy and healthy one-pot Indian meals full of flavor and fun.
Guests will learn how to make vegetable rice pilaf with fragrant basmati rice (subzee ka pulao); sweet and spicy fruit salad (fruit chaat); and tomato, cucumber and onion spiced yogurt (raita).
Copies of her award-winning book, Entice with Spice, Easy Indian Recipes for Busy People and of her new book, Healthy Indian Vegetarian Cooking, Easy Recipes for the Hurry Home Cook will be available for purchase during class.
