Cooking class: "Easy Indian Restaurant Style at Home"
Learn how to easily make popular Indian restaurant dishes. Award-winning cookbook author and busy mom Shubhra Ramineni will guide guests in this hands-on class in which foodies will do all the cooking and enjoy the grub afterward. On the menu are oven roasted tandoori chicken; aloo matar (potato and pea curry); aloo palak (spinach and potatoes); fragrant basmati rice with cumin and peas; raita (tomato, cucumber and onion spiced yogurt); and strawberry lassi (strawberry yogurt smoothie).
