Instructor Kathy Tauber spent a few years in Santa Fe, N.M, where she developed a love for chiles. She will share tips and expertise on roasting and using chiles with a menu that includes traditional guacamole with blue corn chips, New Mexican flat cheese enchiladas with green chile sauce, chiles rellenos, calabacitas with caramelized onions and fresh fruit with tequila lime syrup and yogurt.
