The event is a presentation and talk by Theresa Parker, author of Jimmy Brosch Remembers Twenty Legendary Texas Czech Polka Bands, and the book's photographer, Mark Hiebert, about working with a legend to create a book about legends. The talk will be followed by a Q&A and a performance by the Lanier Middle School Polka Band. This is the first in a series of free events held in conjunction with the exhibit Texas Czechs: Rooted in Tradition.
