Paying homage to Houston's hotter than hot summers, the "2013 Fashion Meltdown" will take place on CAMH's front lawn with the terrace serving as runway. This year features 16 designers whose designs range from traditional evening and casual wear to wearable sculptures and cosplay outfits. Guest judges Jon Chao, Selven O'Keef Jarmon and Trang Nguyen will award prizes in various categories.

Each year CAMH's Teen Council asks Houston-area designers, aged 14-19, to submit photos or sketches of their original clothing pieces to be considered for the runway event. Past years' themes have included an emphasis on clothing created from recycled materials and vintage pieces.
