Contemporary Arts Museum Houston Performance and Conversation: Nathaniel Donnett
Artist Nathaniel Donnett will lead a collaborative sound and motion-based performance that further explores the issues of trauma and mourning as portrayed in his exhibition Nothing to See Hear. Performance collaborators include Maurice Duhon, EQuality, Angela Olivia Guillory, Chinelo Ikejimba, The Niyat and DJ Flash Gordon Parks, among others.
Following the performance, Donnett will join Houston-based arts writer and critic Garry Reece for a conversation about the exhibition and the recurring themes and issues found throughout Donnett's art-making practice.
