The annual Constable Diaz Crawfish Boil is a community picnic-style crawfish boil for the whole city. Great crawfish will be served up hot, spicy and fresh by the Cajun cooking masters at Blue Bayou Café along with a wide variety of other food. The infectious sounds of Zydeco music will be provided by Zydecreole. Slayer’s Reptile Ranch will provide educational and entertaining reptile displays, giving patrons a chance to take selfies with some of our most awesome bayou denizens. Everyone’s favorite Cars - Tow Mater, Lighting McQueen, The Sheriff, Tippy the Tractor, and Red the Firetruck - will be there courtesy of On Site Towing. There will be a live and silent auction, contests, and more.
