Houston’s restaurant community will come together to form a culinary team like none other in support of ending chronic homelessness. The Beacon’s fifth anniversary of Come to the Table – Serving Hope to Houston’s Homeless, Body, Mind, and Soul is a two-part culinary event.  Proceeds will support THE BEACON, a 501(c) (3) organization that provides services that restore dignity, self-respect and hope to Houston’s poor and homeless.

This culinary collaboration will feature Houston’s most celebrated chefs who will execute an unforgettable wine-paired, four-course dinner prepared in the very kitchen that serves hundreds of Houston’s poor and homeless each day. Chefs include Randy Evans, Efisio Farris, Philippe Gaston, Mark Holley, Manabu “Hori” Horiuchi, Hugo Ortega, Ruben Ortega, Mike Puccio, Fernando Rios, John Sheely and Claire Smith.
