Houston Via Colori Street Painting Festival returns to downtown Houston for its 11th year, with more than 200 local and international artists and 25 performers, including American Idol's Jessica Meuse, on three stages. The festival's theme, "A Colorful World," is celebrated through art, entertainment, food and activities. The festival benefits The Center for Hearing and Speech, an organization dedicated to helping deaf children listen, speak and read. Hours are 10 am until 6 pm on Saturday and 10 am until 5 pm on Sunday.
