Greater Tuna is a hilarious comedy about Texas' third-smallest town, where the Lions Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies. The eclectic band of citizens that make up this tiny town are portrayed by only two performers, making this satire on life in rural America even more delightful as they depict all of the inhabitants of Tuna — men, women, children and animals.
One year after its premiere in Austin, Greater Tuna opened Off-Broadway. Over the next 30 some years, it has became one of the most produced comedies in American theater history. Recommended for ages 11 and older.
