George Bernard Shaw's Candida is a witty and humorous telling of the picture perfect marriage between Reverend Morell, a christian socialist and his wife, Candida. A young romantic houseguest falls in love with her and Candida is forced to choose between the two men. Set in the suburbs of London, Candida questions marriage conventions, specifically, what a woman wants from her husband.
