Class: Siduri: Focus on Pinot Noir

eventdetail

Dianna and Adam Lee moved to California from Texas in 1994 with the dream of creating fine wines made from Pinot Noir grapes. From their base in Santa Rosa in Sonoma County, they produce more than 25 different pinots each year with grapes grown in the coastal regions of California and the Willamette Valley of Oregon. A second label, Novy Family Wines, produces Syrah, Chardonnay and Viogners that are consistent favorites with critics and consumers alike.

Guests will be introduced to Siduri Russian River Pinot, a rich wine that pairs well with spicy appetizers; Siduri Rosellas Pinot, a delightful, big, rich wine that will pair well with lamb; Siduri Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot, to be enjoyed with pork loin and sage; Siduri Chehalem Mountains Pinot paired with salmon on the grill; and Novy Napa Syrah, a big, dark and tannic wine that will be served with grilled steak and bleu cheese.
