The City of Sugar Land will welcome little ghosts and furry goblins to the annual Halloween Town event. The festivities include costume contests, festive crafts and coloring stations, a munchkin pumpkin patch, photo stations, food and beverages available for purchase, and much more. Attendees must not wear or display blood or gruesome horror elements during the event.
