Learn how to transform recycled materials into fanciful figures. Create an armature and papier mache in the style of Niki de Staint Phalle. These creations will be used as centerpieces at City Artworks annual fundraiser, The Art of Conversation, scheduled for Nov. 10. The workshop is suitable for guests of all ages.
