The Houston festival is a selection of films from the four-day festival held each year in Nevada City, California, by the watershed advocacy group, the South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL). Their National Partners—Patagonia, CLIF Bar, Earthjustice, Sierra Nevada Brewing, Klean Kanteen, Orion Magazine, Barefoot Wine, and KEEN—help make the festival available to environmentally conscious groups across the country.

Hosting The Wild & Scenic Film Festival on Tour helps the CEC illustrate the Earth’s beauty, the challenges facing our planet, and the work communities are doing to protect our environment. The festival is a natural extension of CEC’s work to inspire people to act.
