Citizens for Animal Protection hosts "CAP's Got Talent at Cottonwood," an event that includes a pet talent show. The winner will receive a spa day at Rover Oaks Pet Resort and massage from Massage Heights. Guests will also enjoy light bites and drinks alongside a raffle that offers items from Edward Sanchez Vanity Lounge and Tootsies.
