Every year, more than 600 teenagers from Chicago area schools gather for the world's largest youth poetry slam. The film chronicles the stereotype-confusing stories of four teams as they prepare for and compete in the 2008 event. Co-director Jon Siskel and the Steinmetz High School "Steinmenauts" will attend the screening.
