Cinema Arts Festival Houston gets underway with a free event as four Houston-based directors present excerpts from their works-in-progress and talk with Houston Film Commission Deputy Director Alfred Cervantes. Included are Stitched (Jenalia Moreno), Art Car (Ford Gunter & Carlton Ahrens), and Stick 'Em Up (Alex Luster).
