Think you’ve seen it all? Now see nuns riding sidecar on motorcycles. CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare will present the 11th Annual Nun Run. This 40-mile, Blue Knights police-escorted motorcycle ride begins at the St. Austin Center and ends at the Top Water Grill at 815 Avenue O in San Leon.

This year’s event benefits CHRISTUS school-based clinics, which provide healthcare to children on campus in 17 low-income neighborhood schools. Last school year, more than 6,000 children received care, parents were able to avoid missing work, and absences were reduced.
