The Children’s Heart Foundation will host the inaugural Houston Congenital Heart Walk. The family-friendly event raises critical funds for congenital heart defect research. CHDs are the most commonly-occurring birth defect, affecting nearly 1 in 110 children born, and are the leading cause of birth defect-related deaths in the United States.

The event will feature a one-mile family-friendly walk, kids’ activities, research remarks, memorial area, food, character appearances, music, and more. There is no charge to participate but guests are asked to fundraise or donate in support of our mission to fund the most promising CHD research.
